We hear when it's hot but not cold

Why is it that we hear when it's little hotter than normal but the fact that temperatures have been actually lower than normal, if there is a such a thing as "normal weather".  Just Don't be Scared! ! !

Finally the Children are returned

The Children are back with their parents.  The abuse that the State did to these kids is what will have to be repaired if it ever can.  The State is what we need to be scared of, not parents.
